As a commitment to the best service for our customers we only offer express delivery service in partnership with DHL and however exceptions may apply due to specific legal requirements of certain countries. Currently Xerjoff Universe offers delivery up to 60 countries around the world.

EU Shipping is free over 350€, rates to other countries are calculated at checkout. You can consult your country from the list below to learn more about shipping rates.

The order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied, Xerjoff Universe is not responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination countries. The Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Xerjoff Universe have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, customer is obliged by local laws to obtain special authorization to import.

FRANCE ISLAND: 

The French overseas territories French Guiana (CAY) and  La Réunion (RUN) are closed for all Dangerous Goods.

NORWAY ISLAND:

Jan Mayen and Svalbard are not open for Dangerous Goods shipments.

PORTUGAL ISLAND:

Postal codes starting with 9xxx (Madeira Islands and Azores) are not open to Dangerous Goods shipments.

SPAIN ISLAND:

Ceuta and Melilla are not open for Dangerous Goods shipments.



Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

The supplier reserves 48 hours to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Italian Time zone.

Dispatch time may increase up to 2 working days due to high season load. Customer would be provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch. Parcel would be delivered to the address indicated at the checkout in the dedicated field. In case of recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, customer would be left a note. It remains customer’s responsibility to ensure collecting the order. Xerjoff Universe assumes no responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods.
